Interaction with international Students

The International Exchange Center organizes and carries out various events which enable foreign students to interact with the university and the local community.There are a variety of activities, such as a welcome party for newly enrolled students, participation in the Abiko Festival, and a Christmas party which is held with the cooperation of the Student Community Association and the International Student Association.International students not only learn about Japanese culture, they also have a chance to convey information about their own cultures by attending events such as the speech contest organized by the Abiko International Relations Association, by participating in many kinds of workshops, and by participating in a home stay experience.
